Course Description

In this course, we will review the importance of a professional Code of Ethics. The course reviews the new organizational structure of the AICP Code of Ethics, along with an extended examination of the new procedures for advisory rulings and adjudication. The course concludes with observations about what planners are expected to do with this knowledge.

It did provide some familiarity with the Code. The last section, which was entitled "Adjudication of Complaints," was actually the instructor's complaints about the Code. (Adjudication was covered in the prior section.)
Also note, at 40%, there seems to be a slide missing, as the instructor spoke of points which did not appear on the screen.
