Course Description
LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) is a thoroughly quantitative creature, and this course describes the major calculations that the project team will refer to throughout the process. Particular attention is given to unique ND calculations that differ from standard planning practice, such as land use and intersection densities, and walking distances.
