This is the fourth and final course in the Drawing in the Landscape series. Beginning where "Painting Color" left off, we continue observing the beauty of color in the landscape, as understood through the long-standing tradition of plein air painting. In this course, Darryl Jones paints with policy analyst and painter Mikhail Haramati and chemical engineer turned landscape designer Daniel Collazos. As they paint their favorite subjects, each of them shares useful painting techniques and their understanding of color while deliberating on the built environment.
Drawing in the Landscape: Water and Oil
This is the fourth and final course in the Drawing series. In this course we inquire into the nature of observing and representing color works in transitive environments, building upon the initial sketch, and beginning water color and oil technique.
