Nader Afzalan

Nader Afzalan is the Vice-Chair of the American Planning Association-Technology Division and a PhD candidate in Planning and Design at the University of Colorado. As an urban planner, his research and practice intersects with policy, science and technology focusing on the use of web-based technologies in decision and plan making processes. Nader is specifically interested in the ways in which citizen-generated information can influence land-use and environmental plan-making at the intersection of geography, organization behavior and computer science.
