Peter Henn

PETER J. HENN, Esq., AICP, is a land use attorney at Jones Foster in West Palm Beach where he represents property owners with obtaining government approvals and represents local governments with preparing and amending land use and zoning regulations. He is also a faculty member at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in the Department of Urban & Regional Planning where he teaches urban planning and land use law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is an AICP certified planner through the American Planning Association. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and received his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
