Pete Sullivan

Pete Sullivan, AICP, is Senior Development Services Manager in Durham, North Carolina’s City-County Development Services Center. In this role Pete manages customer service functions, including property inquiries, application submittals, cashiering, and technology systems. Prior to joining the City, Pete was Senior Associate with Clarion Associates, in Chapel Hill, NC, where he specialized in zoning & land use regulation and digital publication. Pete is the former Co-Chair of the Communications and Public Affairs Committee of the North Carolina Chapter of the American Planning Association, and an occasional contributor to Planetizen. His project work been recognized by the Washington State Governor’s Office, Puget Sound Regional Council and Washington State Chapter of the American Planning Association.
