This course focuses on mindfulness and self-care. These are topics that have grown in popularity over the past few years and even more so in the past few months through the pandemic. This course might be slightly different from other courses in that it is practice and application based. There isn’t as much content presented here as in other courses. However, the practice can be exceedingly valuable. You are invited to watch the course, practice the exercises, and feel free to come back to them at any time either for the guidance or a refresher.
Whether you have a developed mindfulness and self-care practice or are brand new to these ideas, I hope this course speaks to you in some way. Particularly, if you come home at the end of a hard day at work, please try these exercises as a means of unwinding, de-stressing, and taking better care for yourself. At the end of this course, you will have been exposed to three different mindfulness exercises that you can practice anywhere, at any time. Please feel free to use them and this recording as you see fit to continue and deepen your own mindfulness practice.
